Mobile Email Marketing is Sending Strong Signals

According to recent research by eDialog, it has been found that email marketing is becoming more relevant with mobile phone users.

More people are now using their mobile phones to access their email accounts, however there is still room to improve on message usability and rendering across different devices.

Based on an independent poll of 1,002 UK adults conducted by Lightspeed Research in early 2011, eDialog has revealed that 18-24 year olds are using mobile email services the most.

The most preferred types of mobile email messages were special offers and promos and vouchers. It was also found that 55% check their mobile email at least once a day but only 20% found mobile email as easy to use as on computer.
