The Inbox Council is a strategic leadership forum created by Emailexpert to connect senior decision-makers from across the commercial email landscape – including platforms, vendors, marketers, and infrastructure providers.
Our mission is to foster open, cross-functional dialogue about the evolving inbox experience. By spotlighting real-world challenges, sharing actionable insights, and encouraging vendor-neutral collaboration, we aim to promote a healthier, more effective email ecosystem.
While the Inbox Council is not a formal standards body or technical working group, it plays a critical strategic role within the broader Emailexpert ecosystem. Working groups and committees convened by Emailexpert may be shaped or influenced by the Council’s perspectives.
The Council complements existing industry initiatives by offering a commercially inclusive forum for strategic discussion, trend analysis, and trusted relationship-building.
